Shipping

Every painting is packed by hand in my studio and shipped by UPS with insurance and signature required on delivery. Shipping within the United States is free.

How your painting is packed

Each canvas is wrapped in glassine or acid-free tissue to protect the surface, then in a layer of foam or bubble wrap, then corner-protected and boxed in a rigid carton sized for the piece. Paintings ship unframed and ready to hang.

Timing

Available work is packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order. UPS delivery within the United States typically takes a further 2–5 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a UPS tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Insurance and signature

Every shipment is insured for its full purchase price, and someone needs to sign for it. Please use a delivery address where a person will be available, and let me know if there's a better address than the one on your order.

International shipping

I ship outside the United States case by case. Email sanaaz.rb@gmail.com with the piece you're interested in and your address, and I'll quote the shipping and let you know what's involved. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

If something goes wrong

If your painting arrives damaged, please email sanaaz.rb@gmail.com within 7 days with photographs of both the piece and its packaging, and keep the packing materials. All sales are final; the damage-claim process is on the Returns & Refunds page.
